    Exp: Minimum 4 years

    Candidates must be having good communication skills, Leadership qualities, Business knowledge of various industries, Knowledge of Finance, Accounts & Indian Taxation required.

    Working knowledge of any ERP


    Sales & Marketing

    Experience : 4-5 years of experience in Sales for ERP (Mainly) / CRM (added bonus) ERP – SAP (B1 , A1) / Microsoft (Dynamics, NAV) / Oracle Financials / Ramco ERP CRM – SAP, Microsoft (Only CRM not eligible)

    Understanding customers' diverse, specific business needs and applying product knowledge to meet those needs Map out the key players for potential new business initiatives and determine/document appropriate sales strategy Effectively advise and influence the customer especially within the development of business needs, decision criteria, and creation of an ROI framework, through consultative selling techniques and relevant marketing/sales campaign Execute high quality one on one discussions utilizing advanced questioning and influencing skills with customer Provides coaching and professional development to team-member sales associates in order to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills Achieves product growth targets in the assigned geography or account base.

    Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards
