Made using Belgian dark chocolate , 70% cocoa, excellent combination of three thin layers of cocoa almond soft sponge, two layers each of Dark chocolate mousse and Ganache. This one is in our menu since 16 years and timely upgraded. Dark chocolate means not necessary bitter, But can also mean chocolate with less milk, sugar and little more with cocoa. This cake has a soft and a bit creamy eating texture.
