After checking online a bit we shortlisted you for your fast delivery and good picture online and also for your brand name. But the outcome was not good. I am not writing to express our disappointment after paying a decent amount for the product and delivery which was late then the declared time. I understand traffic issues here and I am not really complaining about the delivery, poor guy made an effort to travel in the night to deliver this cake. We ordered Blueberry cheesecake (500 gm) but what we got was a big disappointment for some of us. You did not mention it anywhere on your website that it was not a baked cheesecake. Well this is what we are guessing either this was no bake cheesecake or just whipped cream over crackers base. We are really disappointed. You should mention proper details on website. Cake was fresh and was good from not baked perspective. Please increase the details of the products on your websites. Some of us were really disappointed as we all were ready for a good baked cheesecake treat but ovenfresh you somehow disappointed us. May be we will inquire in detail from next time. I had ordered for Premium Black Forest 500gms I had asked for a cake with more of chocolate. But what is sent to me has jelly in it. When I had read about the contents of the cake on your website Covered in shards of dark chocolate, the Premium Black forest is a chocolate lover’s haven. Layered alternately with a moist cocoa sponge and fresh whipped cream, this cake is a guest at special celebrations. The contemporary yet classic cake dwells in a curtain of dark chocolate slivers thus setting it apart from the rest. Coated with Belgium chocolate, morello cherries and cooked with world’s best cocoa this is a luxurious upgrade from the regular black forest cake. If you are a chocolate connoisseur or aiming to be one, this cake is your best bet. There is nowhere specified about the jelly part. It give a bitter sour taste to the cake which gives a yuk taste. Also the base is not soft its hard and not fresh. I wanted more of chocolate and I was given suggestion that this will be a good choice. I have wasted my money by purchasing from you. I also mentioned that the order be delivered on or after 12 am on 19th August. However, nothing was delivered on august 19th even till 1 am. I called several numbers on the website numerous time but never got to speak to anyone. Even sent an email expressing my frustration over this but got no response. I called in the morning and was told the delivery was scheduled for 12 am on the night of 19th - which means OvenFresh planned to deliver the order on 20th. This was highly frustration and a very unprofessional set up. There is no communication what so ever from your side. I am in the United States and had no contact or control over anything related to my order. Unless I get a response to this feedback, I will not consider or recommend this website to anyone. I don't mean to write rants like this but this was a very frustrating experience.

On the DAY of the delivery, I get a phone call saying that they want me to send another photo for the photo cake, I asked why they hadn't emailed or called me earlier since the order had been placed more than a week ago, but the guy simply asked me to cooperate and send another photo. It was during the middle of Durga puja so we were very busy at the time; despite of that I sent a new photo and didn't even get a confirmation of whether the new photo was acceptable, so I had to keep calling back and was told that the new photo was fine. After that I heard nothing the entire day, and received no delivery confirmation sms or email so once again I had to call and ask the guy (who had called me that morning) whether the cake had been delivered since no one was answering the landline and no one had called back despite my leaving a voicemail with my phone number. The guy I called proceeded to put me on hold for more than 5 minutes and didn't even bother to respond to the call after that so I hung up. I called again later and got no response, but finally he called back saying the cake had been delivered. During this tedious process my entire day was ruined because of a simple cake delivery!! The cake was delivered on 9th October, and I got the cake delivery confirmation email on 13th October!! This is very disappointing service for a website that has displays high quality products. I'm ambivalent about whether I should ever order cakes from this website again!

I had ordered a combo which included a 300 gms cake, a bouquet & 100 gms chocolates. The pack of chocolate was half filled, that is not the way to send gift / greeting to someone. There were a total of 12 slots in the box but only 8 chocolates. Either you fill all the slots with chocolates taking some more money ( which I do not mind paying) or you pack it in a smaller box.

If a particular photo is not printable well or in its entirety, you should call and inform the customer in advance rather than sending a sloppy end product. Had a photocake from another shop delivered for school in the morning and the Ovenfresh cake was nothing compared to that. They printed the whole image and it was very clear and crisp.
