Delivery times and shipping information

All orders are processed and shipped the same or next business day at the latest. Delivery times vary, but most deliveries are completed within 3-5 business days. We used DHL Express. TNT or FeDex for all the top international courier shipments. Every shipment is fully tracked and you are provided with the tracking details as soon as it has shipped out, so you can track it yourself. Which shipping company we will use will depend on your location . Applicable whichever country taxes may apply to your shipment, if so, these will need to be paid by you.

(3) You’re done! You'll receive a confirmation email and your account status online will be updated. In a few days your chosen eyeglasses will be delivered to you – increasing your business profits and sales. Easy! Returns policy and Faulty product?

To make it easy for both you and us. All supply by our www.opticiansfocus.com frames products carry a full warranty for a period of 6 months. If a frame is found to be defective or returned by your customer. Just email us at sales@opticiansfocus.com . We will gladly exchange the defective frame with the exact model and color, if it is still available. If the particular frame is no longer available stock, we will provide full payment refund money to your paying credit card. [SHIPPING CHARGES WILL NOT BE REFUNDED]

We strongly encourage to buy up to 20 pieces & above of frames., due to the International courier company has a minimum shipping charges cost [1/2 Kg] from 1 pcs to 20 pcs also same charges.
